These programs are part of Waminda’s “Push Back” initiative, that works towards challenging and changing the narratives that are imposed on First Australian’s by colonial structures.

Our practice has an appointment booking system for all consultations, we can accommodate walk in consultations with the clinical team, but it is encouraged to make a booked appointment. On arrival you will be triaged by an Aboriginal health worker prior to seeing the Doctor. If you are unable to attend face to face due to symptoms, we have the option of a telehealth appointment.

Social Enterprise
Waminda’s Sustainable Permaculture and Bush Tucker Rural Industry Project, which brings together Permaculture and local Indigenous Knowledge and practices into one community hub; and Structured Supported Employment Program that encourages Aboriginal Women to enter the workforce within a framework.
