Walawanni!

23/11/2021

Welcome to the new Waminda website!

During the past year and a half we have been working to create a more streamlined, user friendly platform for clients of Waminda, and anyone interested in walking alongside us on our journey.

From now on our organisation will be exclusively using this website, so please note all up to date program information will be posted here. This includes program contacts and any changes made to our services.

We also encourage you to check our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram! We’re very active on social media, and frequently make updates about future events, including pamper days, outreach clinics, yarning groups and Dead Or Deadly sessions. We also have all the newest Covid-19 information and the dates and times of our Covid-19 Vaccination clinics.

Watch this space for future news about all things Waminda! We’ll be making regular blog posts here, letting you know what exciting things are happening in our organisation, as well as any new programs that we’ll be developing.

Other things to look our for are;

  • Our Blak Cede social enterprise, which will be launching with an online store
  • A brand new truth telling podcast from our Media team
  • Cultural exchanges & immersions
  • Jobs and opportunities at Waminda

We’d like to say a big thank you to Showell Tech for their support and dedication in creating our new site. Their patience through the upheaval of 2021 has made this project possible.

Also, a big thank you to our Waminda clients! We look forward to continuing to provide and care for our mob!

See you soon!
Waminda
